Minakwa Lodge is situated on beautiful Lake Mattagami in the heart of Ontario's
Northland, an area of unspoiled nature. Surrounded by pine and birch trees, it is a true wilderness in its natural form. Mattagami
Lake has approximately 40 miles of navigable water and is a great way to get access to great fishing and hunting.
There is a licensed main lodge with lounge and bar, a convenience store, gas and propane are also available. We have a boat launch and boat and motor rentals can be reserved. There are housekeeping cottages available for rent during the summer months.
We are also open for the winter season and cater to snowmobilers during the winter months. Our cottages are perfect for
those winter weekend getaways. So come out and enjoy some great ice fishing, trail riding or snowshoeing.
